This is my son, Jared. He will be 13 years old next month, and he is 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 77 pounds.
I have now lost as much weight as Jared weighs!

Exercise
I am currently doing my 4-mile express walk, at least 5 times a week. I added 3 pound hand weights to the walk, to bump up the intensity, as I found it was starting to get a little easy... I would like to get the 5-mile walk, but that will have to wait until after Christmas and my son's birthday in January. *lol*

I also love seeing the kids’ ages and sizes, as all kids grow differently and get their “spurts” at different times. Blake is 1/2 year older than Jared, so I’d expect him to be a little bigger. Blake must have gotten the tall gene, because in October, he was 5′ 6 1/2″ tall!
He’s already taller than me and I’m sure by his14th birthday in June, he’ll be taller than his Dad too!
Blake IS tall! … Jared got the “shorty” gene from me.
… Though Joe tells me that he was really short like Jared, until he hit high school and then he shot up. He’s now 5′ 11″ … So there is hope for Jared, though I doubt he will get to be THAT tall. Josh might. *shrugs*
