This is my daughter, Alicia. She just turned 9 years old, and she is 4 feet, 7 inches and weighs 70 pounds.
I have now lost as much as Alicia weighs!!!

Exercise
I am currently doing my 4-mile express walk, at least 5 times a week. I added 3 pound hand weights to the walk, to bump up the intensity, as I found it was starting to get a little easy... I would like to get the 5-mile walk, but that will have to wait until after Christmas and my son's birthday in January. *lol*
So I guess you can say you’ve lost the equivalent of a whole person!
