This is my daughter, Amanda. She is 6 years old and weighs 37 pounds. (Isn’t she a doll?!)
I have now lost as much weight as Amanda weighs!

Exercise
I am currently doing my 4-mile express walk, at least 5 times a week. I added 3 pound hand weights to the walk, to bump up the intensity, as I found it was starting to get a little easy... I would like to get the 5-mile walk, but that will have to wait until after Christmas and my son's birthday in January. *lol*
